Liberty Movement & Wellness offers a range of custom yoga and Pilates services! In-Studio, Park or Online—the choice is yours! Pilates classes, privates, semi-privates, group classs and  Health Clinic services are available ! We also offer Certified Teacher Trainings!

 If you’d like to join a class and  are a beginner that hasn’t worked out in a while or are recovering from injury /illness please  book your 30 min assessment via email .

  • please make yourself aware of our Privacy Policy
  • all prices are in Canadian dollars
  • Please bring your own mat
  • Props are cleaned daily and are available free of charge
  • all pre-registered class passes, trainings and unlimited passes are to be used within their designated time periods,  please note when a credit card is on file you authorize us to use it for payment for  any classes  or trainings, including outstanding amounts due.
  • when signing up to classes, passes, and trainings you authorize us to initiate a debit from your credit card provided or debit card. Including  whenever you initiate purchase classes, passes or trainings in the App or via telephone. You authorize us to debit or credit your selected payment method to correct any errors, process returned, amounts owed and reversed payments, and similar issues, to the extent permitted by law.
  • If any pre registered or unlimited class passes or trainings are purchased there are no refunds or transfers, credits are kept on file for future use.
  • Any post natal classes it is advised to begin 4-6 weeks after birth
  • Class Cancellation Etiquette: If you are unable to attend a class that you’ve signed up for, please give us a minimum of 6 hours notice, otherwise your class will be debited from your account. We would appreciate receiving as much notice as possible. Cancellations may be done online by logging into your account, over the phone or email.
  • Liberty Movement reserves the right to change prices at any time
  • payment is accepted by Cash, Cheque, Debit, VISA, Interac Money Transfer, or PayPal
  • a service charge of $20 will be applied to n.s.f cheques
  • Class and Registered Wellness fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This  includes Wellness appointments ( ie Osteopathy, Acupuncture , massage etc) that are scheduled and cancelled due to Covid restrictions at time of purchase or after .  All credits will be held on file until  rescheduled .
  • missed classes will not be refunded
  • unused classes, passes, and credits will not be refunded – no exceptions. Credits may be held for future use in courses or classes please make arrangements with us.
  • please note when using passes or vouchers for classes at Liberty Movement Studio – they are redeemable at the studio for classes only and have no cash value
  • schedule is subject to change with or without notice
  • all classes must be preregistered and used consecutively except under Covid restrictions.
  • please email the studio to be put on an RSVP list to ensure your spot in a class as space is limited to 6 people per class and an instructor
  • Unlimited Passes
    *a maximum of a total of 4 weeks of hold dates through the 12 month period is permitted.
    *minimum of one week hold per hold request.
    *2 hold periods permitted for length of pass.
    *after 3 months you may cancel your pass anytime with one month’s notice without penalty (your last pre-paid month upon registration becomes your last active month to use your pass).
    *current members may delay the start of this pass for up to 3 months to allow the completion of their current active pass.
