Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time or looking to build a strong foundation, our beginner-friendly classes are the perfect place to start. Designed for all ages, body types, and fitness levels, these classes will take you from zero yoga experience to confidently flowing in any of our offerings. Let us guide you on your journey to strength, flexibility, and inner peace—no prior knowledge required!
Yoga Beginner Workshops 101
Ideal for those new to yoga, those who have less than 1 year of yoga experience, people with injuries, or those seeking a more gentle class. These classes cover basic breathing and meditation techniques in a relaxing, fun, and safe environment. Focus is on developing strength and flexibility, through gentle, flowing, stress-reducing sequences. The class aims to help participants develop greater body awareness, ease, and self-acceptance.

- 4 beginner group classes (no classes on stat holidays)
- Preregistration is required 1 week prior to start date to ensure a spot – no drop-ins

Hatha Yoga I
Hatha classes are a continuation of beginner Yoga and are designed for those who have had some basic exposure to yoga, or for the beginner student looking to deepen their practice and become more familiar with a wider variety of challenging yoga poses. This class is beginner/Int level Hatha style class with salutations and some flows

Intro to Ashtanga/Mysore
Ashtanga/Mysore classes are for those who would prefer an early morning practice that is more vigorous and dynamic, tailored to their own needs. This practice enhances physical prowess and mental well-being, fostering mindfulness and meditation in every movement.
In Beginner Ashtanga/Mysore the sequence is taught posture-by-posture by the instructor thereby students will receiving one-on-one guidance. In this type of personalized teaching we will ensure that you are taught poses in a safe manner, according to your body type and ability. For beginners, attending at least 5 Mysore classes is crucial to learn and adapt safely.
- Aim for one or two classes weekly for 5 weeks (note: Beginner class packages expire in 60 days).
- Absolute beginners must commit to a 4-class Intro to Ashtanga requirement; single drop-in classes for Mysore are not available for them.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a class that you’ve signed up for, please give us a minimum of 12- hour notice, otherwise your class will be debited from your account. We would appreciate receiving as much notice as possible.
- Cancellations may be done online by logging into your account, over the phone or email.
- Schedule is subject to change with or without notice.
Studio Etiquette
- Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to sign in and register
- Please turn OFF your phone there is phone use allowed in class
- Please refrain from wearing scents/perfume to avoid allergy sensitivity for others.
- We practice Yoga and Pilates barefoot; please remove socks and shoes outside the studio. Toe grip socks are available for purchase if needed.
- We wash mats and props weekly, and students wipe them down after each use. They're free to use, but you may bring your own mat if preferred.
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and are a breathable material.
- Yoga & Pilates are practiced on an empty stomach; avoid eating 2 hours before class.
