Semi-Private Pilates Class – duet and trois

Barre Flow
This class consists of classical Pilates fused with ballet-inspired toning exercises and small weights targeting the legs, hips and glutes. Barre Flow is designed to engage all the small muscles of your body using small and precise movements to challenge your core and create a lean, strong body.

Pilates Mat

Ball Pilates
Improve balance, core strength and spatial orientation, use of light barbells to sculpt the and tone the body in this fun and challenging class on a large stability ball. An ideal class for the intermediate or advanced Pilates practitioner. Exercises are performed at a faster pace – on a ball!

Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion is an integrated class of Pilates and Yoga practices with mat work, swiss balls, and some props. Focus is on a flowing yoga class with an emphasis on challenging core work.

Springboard Pilates I
Springboard Pilates is a great workout which takes you through a warmup, core strengthening, upper body, and lower body conditioning program. Great for toning as well as strengthening abdominals and lower back. Join us for a flowing workout! New to Pilates? Please take our Pilates Fundamentals Workshop first before attempting Springboard.

Springboard Pilates II
Springboard Pilates II builds on the foundational strength and alignment developed in the Springboard Pilates I, introducing more dynamic movements and increased resistance for a deeper full-body workout. This class focuses on refining technique, enhancing flexibility, and building endurance through a seamless flow of exercises targeting the core, upper body, and lower body. Expect a challenging yet accessible progression that improves posture, balance, and overall body control. Ideal for those looking to advance their Pilates practice, Springboard Pilates II will leave you feeling strong, energized, and centered. Prerequisite: Springboard Pilates I or instructor approval.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a class that you’ve signed up for, please give us a minimum of 12- hour notice, otherwise your class will be debited from your account. We would appreciate receiving as much notice as possible.
- Cancellations may be done online by logging into your account, over the phone or email.
- Schedule is subject to change with or without notice.
Studio Etiquette
- Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to sign in and register
- Please turn OFF your phone there is phone use allowed in class
- Please refrain from wearing scents/perfume to avoid allergy sensitivity for others.
- We practice Yoga and Pilates barefoot; please remove socks and shoes outside the studio. Toe grip socks are available for purchase if needed.
- We wash mats and props weekly, and students wipe them down after each use. They're free to use, but you may bring your own mat if preferred.
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and are a breathable material.
- Yoga & Pilates are practiced on an empty stomach; avoid eating 2 hours before class.
