Join us for a 4 week meditation workshop! All levels Welcome!

 

Join us for a  meditation & Mindfulness workshop! Learn about meditation and how to make it part of your daily practice. Many studies have shown regular meditation can help alleviate symptoms of stress and aid physical health. In this class we will do various guided meditation and practices that can be used everyday and get into a regular meditaion practice and understand how to incorporate mindfullness into all we do!
Each class will start with gentle yoga sequences to prepare for meditation practice to facilitate longer periods of meditation. Each class will explore different types of meditation techniques. Each participant will be provided with mediation diaries and handout material.
