    Semi-Private Yoga Class

    Experience the perfect balance of personal attention and community energy in our intimate semi-private yoga sessions.

    With just 3-4 students per class, these sessions blend the focused instruction of private lessons with the inspiring group dynamic of traditional classes. Our semi-private format ensures you receive substantial individual attention while benefiting from the collective energy and shared learning experience.

    Yoga 101 and Ashtanga/ Mysore Yoga

    Yoga 101 is Ideal for those new to yoga, those who have less than 1 year of yoga experience, people with injuries, or those seeking a more gentle class. All ages, body types, and levels of fitness are welcome. 

    All Students new to Ashtanga must commit to a 4 class Intro to Ashtanga requirement; single drop-in classes for Mysore are not available for them.

    Ashtanga/ Mysore Practice

    Ashtanga is a vigorous form of yoga. The class is based on the primary series with yoga poses that stretch and strengthen. This is a great type of yoga for runners and athletes, or any one who wants to improve their flexibility. Yoga can be used to increase range of motion, coordination, endurance, flexibility, body alignment, and guard against injury. All levels are welcome. This class can be intense. Be prepared to sweat and work vigorously then feel totally relaxed!

    The H Practice

    This practice addresses symptoms and conditions of hormonal imbalance in women of all ages. Imbalances such as infertility, PCOS, painful menstruation, insomnia, thyroid imbalances, hot flashes, anxiety, and depression. The H Practice, designed by Elle Slimmon, uses specific breath work (pranayama), yoga postures, and energy circulation techniques. These help to stimulate the glands involved in hormone production.     Hatha Flow

    A balanced combination of sustained poses and poses flowing in a mindful progression. Attention is given to alignment and therapeutic principles, mindfulness, and observing breath and body as an integral part of this class.

    This class is an even mix of energy to give you a good physical workout and calm to keep you balanced. Suitable for any level of practice. We work within a pain-free range of motion.

    Hatha Yoga

    This class will take students through a series of classic yoga postures (asanas), breathing, and relaxation techniques. The emphasis is on holding steady postures and relaxing between each one by focusing on the breath. Those trying yoga for the first time as well as those interested in grounding their current practice are welcome in this rejuvenating Hatha class. More advanced students will build on asanas they have been taught in order to deepen and further their practice.

    Detox Flow

    Feeling weakened from the weekend? Perfect time for a detox! This flow class is designed to detoxify with moderate to vigorous flowing asanas and deep twist series. It aims to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic system, improving digestion, and clearing toxins from the body. Detox Flow & Restore combines a flow of different yoga poses for a fast track to detoxification followed by restorative postures to relax your nervous system and chill you out.

    Soma and Trauma Yoga

    Soma and Trauma yoga combines the principles of Soma Yoga, trauma-informed practices, and compassionate presence to offer a holistic and inclusive approach to yoga for anybody recovering from illness or trauma. Slow somatic movement with breath work and restorative postures.

    Deepen & Restore

    Deepen & Restore Yoga is active relaxation, go deeper within as the body is supported with, bolsters, blocks and various props. Students are encouraged to quiet the mind, breathe, and use intuition in moving in conjunction with guidance on safe alignment. No previous yoga experience is necessary for this class. This class is suitable for people who are healing from illness or injury, with limited range of motion, wanting a slower-paced practice. Focus is on getting into the body, breathing into poses, grounding, and bringing acceptance to the body in the present moment.

    Vinyasa Yoga

    Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement. The breath is the heart of this discipline and links asana to asana.

    This is a fast paced vigorous class that introduces Vinyasa sequencing, rhythm, and the primary postures of this yoga style. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required.

    THERA RESTORE WORKSHOPS

    This restorative or therapeutic yoga-style workshop offers you the opportunity to bring cleanse your body mind, and spirit from the inside out! Bring balance to your nervous system and subtle body. To cleanse the energy in the body we combine the practice of restorative yoga with various forms of therapeutic body work, massage, acupuncture, reflexology, and deep tissue release.

    • preregistration is required 1 week prior to start date to ensure a spot. – no drop-ins

        Cancellations

        If you are unable to attend a class that you’ve signed up for, please give us a minimum of 12- hour notice, otherwise your class will be debited from your account. We would appreciate receiving as much notice as possible.

        • Cancellations may be done online by logging into your account, over the phone or email.
        • Schedule is subject to change with or without notice.

        Studio Etiquette

        • Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to sign in and register
        • Please turn OFF your phone  there is phone use allowed in class
        • Please refrain from wearing scents/perfume to avoid allergy sensitivity for others.
        • We practice Yoga and Pilates barefoot; please remove socks and shoes outside the studio. Toe grip socks are available for purchase if needed.
        • We wash mats and props weekly, and students wipe them down after each use. They're free to use, but you may bring your own mat if preferred.
        • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and are a breathable material.
        • Yoga & Pilates are practiced on an empty stomach; avoid eating 2 hours before class.
        • If leaving early, take savasana first, then quietly exit, leaving props/mat behind. Do not leave during savasana to avoid disrupting others.
